My kids and I are expecting a guest from London in the near future. They know there is something called Tea time. We have been trying different teas. The kids don’t know all that is involved in tea time. They will be delighted to learn that the traditional tea time includes pastries and something called clotted cream. It is delicious.
They don’t know that they can have tuna, chicken, and roast beef as well. They may be disappointed at that fact. There are no vegetables, except for cucumbers on traditional squares with butter. They like cucumbers and butter.
I will have them help me. They are the best little entertainers. They love to meet new people. They are curious and wide eyed. They know I like to meet new people. Trying something new for a guest is exciting. Seeing them help me along the way is wonderful. I love having someone from London call on us. They may speak the same language but have a different culture.
