Looking forward to spending the day with the kids. There is so much to be grateful for. Having fun with the little ones while they are still little. They are so very precious. I do not wish this time away. I choose to savor every last moment. I choose to be Merry today and always.
I know things are tough. It is difficult raising kids. That is the thing. We are raising the. It is not lowering them. It is not punishing them. It is not demeaning them. I choose to lift them up. To hold them up, until they can climb and reach the stars.
They are wonderful. They don’t know any better. They are trying to find their place in the world. They are little fighters. They are little rebels. They are little versions of me. They are something to celebrate and elevate. I choose to have a Merry and Cheerful attitude. They can be Merry Merry and Mischievous. However, they are the way God made them. They can learn and grow. It is up to me to teach them how to be Merry Merry, today and always.
