Up and Out

I am ready to start today. I have gotten about seven items off of my to do list before 7:30am. I still have to accomplish quite a bit. I know I need to get going on a few projects. My mind is racing. I have journaled. Even as I get the words out now, I am still thinking of all that I have to do. I do need to get out of the house. The question is, do I wait until I get everything off of my list. It is all about momentum. I think yes and no. I can get a few things done now. Give myself a time limit. Then I can get a few things off of my list when I return.

Having a set time frame for what needs to get accomplished every day is a good idea. I have procrastinated on getting to the writing of this. When you have kids, getting them up and out the door is a chore. When you have to get up and out the door it can seem doubly hard. Luckily I made notes for what I had to accomplish today, the night before. So, I feel prepared. When you plan and prepare the night before or even a week in advance it makes the getting up and out a little easier, even on a Monday.
