Yawn

As I am writing this. I can’t help but yawn. It has been a long day for me. It is winding down. I would like to go take a nap. I got up early, worked, ran errands at lunch, worked some more, and then had a meeting after work.

I was supposed to meet other people. Now, I realize what happened. I did not prepare for it as I should have. It was a really important time. I feel let down. I am trying to look at this as a learning experience.

I will not let it get me down. There are so many good things that came out of this experience. My daughter and I had a chance to talk. She remembered an event we went to, and she began asking me questions. She wanted to know if I could have any pet, what kind would I want. I told her it would be a horse. She corrected me and advised that it should be a pony. I wonder why. She also asked me if I would like a really big swan or a goose. I advised her that I would like the goose. She laughed at me. I think she meant something else by it. Nothing to yawn about.
