When I set out to write this blog, I wanted to take a journey of self discovery. Today, I got to do what I love. At work, I planned a party. I decorated for the party. Others love how it turned out. It is easy for me to have a vision with something like that. I got to be creative and show my appreciation for my co-workers. Whether or not they fully appreciate the effort that goes into what I do, matters not. My regular job is very dry and monotonous and does not allow for a lot of creativity. I saw, a meme that reminded me of how I feel at my regular job, today. When you are bored at work, you actually start to do your job. Sad but true commentary on the state of what I currently do. When I follow what I love, it is as if time flies. There is nothing else I would rather be doing.
