David Bowie’s album is number one after his death. He was a talented singer. A creative soul. Taken after a brave battle with cancer. He kept to himself. His closest friends did not know he was battling cancer. Perhaps, he showed the world how to die with dignity and without fanfare. Even though he was famous, he was private. Maybe he taught the world humility. Who knows what his intentions were. Just maybe, he created wonderful music for the love of creating music. He passed without ever knowing this accomplishment. I think the lesson here is to always be true to yourself, even if you are a pop star with worldwide fame.
